Factors That Affect Cost

- Simple questions about a single road or regulation cost less than multi-country, multi-vehicle-type research tasks.
- Urgency
- Standard turnaround is two working days. Expedited responses (same-day or next-day) may incur an additional coordination fee.
- Partner involvement
- When a local Austrian or German information partner needs to be engaged, their coordination costs are passed on transparently.
- Vehicle category
- Toll structures differ significantly between passenger cars, motorcycles, campervans and HGVs. More complex vehicle categories require more detailed research.
- Seasonal conditions
